Who is this for?

This program is meant for anyone. From the age of 5 onward. This class is built for athletes and those just wanting to focus on personal wellness.

This is a comprehensive yet structured program that will be tailored to fit the specific needs of the trainee. It will be challenging but progressive and allow the trainee to peak and see results at the right times. The trainee is be expected to be seen no less than 3 times a week for 16 weeks.
